One of the most important museums in Greece is the Archaeological Museum of Patras, along with the National Archaeological Museum of Athens, the Acropolis Museum and the other prominent Greek museums. From the prehistoric period to the end of the Roman era, the Museum's Collections cover the history of Patras and its surrounding area.
